LUCKY IN LOTTO

Posted on: Sun 24 Jun 2007

lotto_tSince its launch some 15 weeks ago, Carlisle United's new Blues Lotto has been giving away £100 a day to five lucky winners each week.

The lottery is going from strength to strength and to celebrate the joining of the 3,000th lotto member so far, Carlisle United has announced a special, and very exciting new draw - to take place on Christmas Eve. One lucky Blues lotto winner will scoop a cheque for £1,000 and will be invited to Brunton Park as a VIP guest on Boxing Day to watch the match against Darlington - a present Santa can't buy!

Kyle Macrae, Commercial Manager at Brunton Park commented, "We've already given away a Mediterranean cruise this year, and as well as the £1,000 and VIP tickets for the Christmas Eve draw, there is still a £10,000 jackpot for one winner which will be drawn next summer. It sounds simple, but the earlier people join, the more chances they have of winning."

To join, either log on to www.carlisleunited.co.uk and fill in the application form online, or contact the Club direct on 01228 526237. Members of the Lotto team will also be in the Lanes Shopping Centre for a week commencing 14th November (including Christmas lights switch on), where people can join, and find out more about the Cumbrian Blues Lotto.

Due to its success, Carlisle United are looking for additional sales agents and cash collectors for the lottery in all areas of Cumbria and South Scotland. For more information contact Alan Nichol, Lottery Manager on 01228 526237.

For further information contact Kyle Macrae, Commercial Manager on 01228 526237.
