United receive Youth Alliance Cup first round bye
Carlisle United are one of four teams to receive a bye into the second round of this season's Youth Alliance Cup competition along with Burnley, Rotherham and Walsall.
The remainder of the northern section clubs are to have their fixtures played by the end of August, at which point the Cumbrians will enter the competition.
