Annan move for midfielder
Midfielder Josh Todd has today joined Annan Athletic on a permanent deal following a successful half season loan spell which brought 19 appearances and nine goals for the Scottish League Two promotion chasers.
Todd, 19, came through the club’s youth programme and earned himself a one-year professional deal ahead of the 2012/13 season.
He worked hard through last year and was handed a second one-year deal which immediately led to his loan move north of the border.
“Josh is a really good lad and his loan spell worked out really well for him,” manager Graham Kavanagh said. “He has fitted in well at Annan and this is a move the player and his new club were really keen to do. He’s getting regular football and it’s one where we have to wish him all the very best as he moves on to his new challenge.”
