Some games and dates to look out for
United kick off their League 2 campaign with a home game against divisional new boys Luton Town this season in what is an excellent way to raise the curtain on the new season.
The first away trip takes us to Wycombe on Saturday 16 August with our first Tuesday night away journey – to Cheltenham – following hot on its heels 19 August.
The always exciting festive period takes us to Morecambe on Boxing Day with York City heading our way two days later on Sunday 28 December.
The first game of the New Year (there are no scheduled New Year’s Day fixture this time round) is on Saturday 3 January - away to Newport.
Easter weekend sees us play Pompey at home and Accrington Stanley away (weekend commencing Friday 3 April) and the final game of the season is an absolute belter as local(ish) rivals Hartlepool United pop across to Brunton Park on Saturday 2 May.
