Bus travel details for the Capital One Cup game against Liverpool
Official team coach supplier Reays and CUSAT have joined forces to bring you three bus travel options for the Capital One Cup third round trip to Anfield on Wednesday 23 September.
With late afternoon departures to cater for the school run, and earlier leaving times for those who want to start their big match build up that little bit sooner, we think we’ll be able to cater for every eventuality to help you to get to the big game.
Option 1
£20 per seat - approximate arrival time at Anfield is 5.30pm
Carlisle Route pick up timings
Aspatria (Library Bus Stop) – 2.15pm
Wigton (King Street) – 2.30pm
Brunton Park – 3pm
Penrith (Railway Station) – 3.30pm

£20 per seat - approximate arrival at Anfield is 6.30pm
West Coast Route pick up timings
Whitehaven (Shipwrights) – 3pm
Workington (Marks & Spencer) – 3.20pm
Maryport (Co-op on Curzon Street) – 3.35pm
Cockermouth (Boots) – 3.50pm
Keswick (Booths) – 4.15pm

Brunton Park late afternoon departure

Season Ticket holders can book their bus seat when they come to purchase their Liverpool match tickets from the Pioneer Food Stand (East Stand) on Sunday 6 September – the sales point will be clearly marked and will be for Bus Travel purchase only.
Bus Travel can then be purchased from the Main Ticket Office from 10am on Monday 7 September until 5pm on Friday 18 September, either in person or by telephone on 0844 371 1921*.
