Blackpool loan interest in midfielder Brad Potts
Manager Keith Curle confirmed today that Championship outfit Blackpool have followed up their January transfer window interest in Brad Potts with a bid to take the midfielder on a loan deal during the current emergency loan window.
“We’ve still got some talking to do with Brad Potts about his new deal,” he said. “The stumbling block remains that we don’t want to do things by email, or over the phone. We want to be sat down with his representatives so that we can discuss things face to face.
“Blackpool did come in and make an offer to take him on loan, but we turned it down. It was similar to what was talked about during the January window.
“Nothing has changed on our stance on that. The answer was no then, and I’m pleased to say the answer is still no now.
“We’ll be talking to him again as soon as we can pin his agent down to a meeting.”
