New strips ready for collection on Thursday
United fans who pre-ordered their brand new 2016/17 home kit will be able to collect their shirts, shorts and socks from the Blues Store, along with Season Ticket holders*, from 10am on Thursday morning [21 July], with home kit available on general sale from 10am on Friday morning [22 July].
The full range of sizes are available with the new blue design, complete with navy blue chest flash, receiving a big thumbs up from supporters who attended the Community Fun Day earlier this month.
Retail Manager Jenny Anderson said: “We received a lot of interest and a large amount of pre-orders once we had unveiled the new Blues Store image wrap ten days ago. The reaction to all three strips was really positive and it looks like they are all going to be popular with our fan base this season.”
Local company DSD Construction Ltd take pride of place as Main Club Sponsor on the front of the first team and replica shirts this season with another local company set to be announced as ‘back of shirt’ sponsor tomorrow [Wednesday 20 July].
