Fans asked for feedback on match day experience

Carlisle United are asking fans for their feedback regarding the match day experience at Brunton Park as we look forward to the 2017/18 season.

The survey covers a range of issues including food purchased from concourses, Sunset Suite and Sporting Inn, Foxy's hospitality, match day experience and the match programme.

Fans who complete the survey, which should take no more than five minutes, will be entered into a prize draw to win a table of four in Foxy's Restaurant or a signed Carlisle United shirt.

Sales and marketing director Phil King said: "This is part of a continuing strategy to encourage feedback and communication with fans in a number of areas. The ongoing meetings with CUSG and CUOSC help with this and are a great forum for discussion.

"The survey is designed to get feedback from as many fans as possible regarding the wider matchday experience at Brunton Park - but in particular the catering operations and bar areas.

"There are areas we are working on already to continue improvements, such as the planned refurbishment of the Sunset Suite in the summer.

"We are also currently in discussions with regards to tender for the catering contract for next season - so feedback via this survey allows us to find out more about what we do well and more importantly, where we can improve.

"The results from this survey will directly impact decisions we make with regards to how we operate on a matchday - so I would encourage as many fans as possible to take five minutes out to complete it."
