Carlisle United are delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Kwiecien to the first-team backroom staff as our Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Kwiecien, 28, had been with Aldershot Town since 2020, most recently as Head of Performance. He has also worked at the likes of Swindon Town, PFC Victoria London and Magic Football Academy.
He graduated with a BSc in Sport Science and Coaching before completing an MSc in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Bedfordshire.
Manager Paul Simpson said: "I'm really pleased to get Adam in and to be able to start working with him.
"I think he's another really good addition to our staff and hopefully he will help thefootball club moving forward."
Head of Performance Jake Simpson said: "I am very pleased to add Adam to the department. He was somebody who’s CV stood out from the off and impressed us all throughout the interview process.
"I am confident he will fit into the group of staff we currently have and will be able to play a key role in our Strength & Conditioning department.
"It is important we get the right people in the building to support the players in every way possible and I feel this appointment will allow us to do that. I look forward to working with him moving forward.”
